Rates will vary depending on the services provided and your insurance coverage. Please contact me for more information specific to the services you need. I can accept HSA and/or flex benefits.
I am not able to accept insurance with any insurers. However, you may be able to seek reimbursement for a portion of session fees according to the out-of-network benefits outlined in your insurance policy. Whether or not you choose to access out-of-network benefits from your insurance company, all payments are your personal financial responsibility. A receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company so your benefits will be credited to you.
Regardless of whether you decide to access your insurance benefits or not, it is still important to know whether mental health services are covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Do I have flex benefits or funds from a Health Savings Account (HSA)?
- What is my deductible (in-network and out-of-network) and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please contact me for a confidential discussion about your circumstances.
Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted for payment. Full payment is collected at the beginning of each session.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 75% of the full amount of the session.
